These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Bysjdm governing your use of the website at bysjdm.com and any subdomains, game pages, or related services we operate. By visiting the site, loading a game, or otherwise interacting with the service, you confirm that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them. Bysjdm is a general-audience site. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, or older if the law of your country requires a higher minimum age for online services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Bysjdm curates a catalog of free browser-based games and presents each title with metadata such as a description, controls, and a short tip or review. Most games on the site are produced by independent developers and are embedded or linked from their original sources. We do not charge a subscription, we do not require an account, and we do not ask for personal information in order to play.

The Bysjdm brand, logo, page layouts, original descriptions, illustrations, and the code we wrote to power the site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The games embedded or linked on Bysjdm are owned by their respective developers and publishers. Each developer retains all rights, title, and interest in their game. Your use of any third-party game is governed by that developer's own license terms, which are typically presented to you when the game loads. We display a short attribution on each game page where one is required by the developer.
Bysjdm does not currently host a public comment system, user reviews, or user-generated content feeds. If we add such features in the future, we will publish a separate set of rules covering ownership, licensing, and acceptable content. Until that happens, the only way to send us content is by email, and any content you send is not posted publicly without a separate written agreement.
To keep the site free, we display a limited number of third-party advertisements.
