Frequently Asked Questions

Last Updated: July 2026

This page collects the questions we hear most often. If your question is not answered here, the contact page lists the best way to reach the team. We update this page whenever a new question comes up more than a few times.

Getting Started

1. Is Bysjdm.com really free to use?

Yes. Every game on the site is free to play, with no subscription, no paywall, and no in-game purchases required to finish a level. The site is supported by a small number of clearly labeled advertisements placed away from gameplay.

2. Do I need to create an account?

No account is required. You can open the homepage, click any game, and start playing immediately. We deliberately keep registration out of the way so you can focus on the games themselves.

3. Do I need to install anything?

No installation is required. The games run in your browser using HTML5 and standard web APIs. Make sure your browser is reasonably up to date (the last two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari are all fine), and you are good to go.

4. Which devices and browsers are supported?

Bysjdm works on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux desktops, on iOS and Android phones and tablets, and on most modern smart TVs that have a browser. The site is tested in the latest two stable versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.

5. Does Bysjdm work on a slow connection?

Most games are designed to load quickly and run on modest connections. If a particular game is sluggish on your network, try the lower-resolution thumbnails on the category pages, or open the game in a private browsing window to rule out extension conflicts.

Catalog and Content

6. How many games does Bysjdm have?

The catalog currently includes 74 curated titles across puzzle, sports, strategy, casual, racing, dress-up, action, and arcade genres. New games are added on a rolling basis and retired games are removed gracefully, with a redirect to the homepage.

7. How often do you add new games?

We aim to add at least two to four new titles per month. The Latest Games page is updated within 24 hours of each new addition, and the homepage highlights recent releases for about a month after they join the catalog.

8. Can I request a specific game to be added?

Yes. Send the title, a link, and a one-line description to alwynsknsb0186ecaoksn@gmail.com. We read every suggestion and try to add at least one user-recommended title each quarter. We cannot promise to add everything, but we will tell you why if a particular request does not fit the catalog.

9. Why was a game removed from the catalog?

We retire titles when a developer pulls the license, when a game stops working with current browsers, or when a title no longer meets our quality bar. In most cases we leave the page in place with a notice, and we try to suggest a similar game on the same page.

10. Are the games appropriate for children?

We curate with a general audience in mind, and the catalog is filtered for content suitable for players aged 13 and up. We do not host titles that require a mature content filter. We still recommend that parents take a quick look at any game their younger children are playing, since "general audience" can mean different things in different households.

Gameplay and Controls

11. Why are the controls different in some games?

Each game on the site is made by an independent developer, and each developer designs their own control scheme. The detail page for every game lists the controls at the top so you can learn them before launching. Common patterns include mouse-only for puzzle games, arrow keys for racing, and touch swipes for mobile.

12. Can I save my progress?

Many games save automatically using the browser's local storage, so your progress, score, and unlocked levels persist between visits on the same device and browser. If you clear your browser data, progress will be reset. We do not yet offer cloud saves, since the site does not require an account.

13. The game is laggy or the audio is choppy. What can I do?

Close other browser tabs, disable browser extensions one at a time to find a conflict, switch to a wired connection if you are on Wi-Fi, and make sure your operating system and graphics drivers are up to date. If the problem persists, send us a note with the game title, browser, operating system, and device, and we will investigate.

14. Can I play fullscreen?

Yes. Most games have a fullscreen button in their in-game UI. On the detail page, you can also click the game thumbnail to enter a focused play view. Press Escape to exit fullscreen at any time.

Privacy, Ads, and Accounts

15. How does Bysjdm make money?

The site is supported by a small number of clearly labeled third-party advertisements. We deliberately keep the number of ads low, place them away from gameplay, and never use auto-playing sound. We do not sell user data, and we do not require an account.

16. What data does Bysjdm collect?

Short answer: very little. We log basic traffic data (pages visited, country, device type) to understand what is popular and to fix broken pages. We do not collect names, emails, or other personal identifiers, and we do not run our own advertising tracker. The full details are on the privacy policy page.

17. Do you use cookies?

Yes, but only a minimal set. A small cookie is used to remember your cookie-preference choice. Third-party ad networks may set their own cookies, which you can manage through your browser or through the consent banner on your first visit. The privacy page lists the categories in detail.

For Developers and Partners

18. How do I submit my game to be featured?

If you are the developer of a free browser game and would like Bysjdm to consider it, send a short pitch, a link to the playable build, and a screenshot to alwynsknsb0186ecaoksn@gmail.com with the subject line "Game Submission". We respond within two weeks.

19. Can I advertise on Bysjdm?

We accept a small number of direct ad placements for products and services that are relevant to a general gaming audience. Reach out with details of what you would like to promote, your landing page, and your preferred placement, and we will share our current rate card.

20. Can I write a guest post or a guide for a game?

We occasionally publish guides written by external contributors. Send us a sample outline, a writing sample, and the game you would like to cover, and we will get back to you if it is a fit. Compensation is credited to the author.

Troubleshooting and Support

21. A page looks broken on my phone. What should I do?

First, try refreshing and clearing the cache for bysjdm.com in your mobile browser. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot, the phone model, the browser, and the page URL. Mobile rendering issues are usually browser-specific and we can usually reproduce and fix them quickly.

Send the title, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence to alwynsknsb0186ecaoksn@gmail.com. For copyright-specific concerns, please use the procedure on the DMCA page, which gives us the information we need to act quickly.

23. I have a question that is not on this page.

Please use the contact page to write to us. We read every message and try to reply within two business days. The more context you can include (the game, the page URL, the device), the faster we can help.
